Our fundamental philosophy

Food often called RASA in ayurveda nourishes our senses and body and cannot be treated as carbs, protein, fats in isolation. The sense of belongingness to our plants and nature is intrinsic and idea is to stick to it, naturally the way our grand dads and grand mums did and stayed healthy , peacefully with longer life spans. As a part of our ideology we will always create products that will heal your body and soul and help you run the difficult tasks of your life with vigour and sense of fulfillment. About the Founder

If there is body pain, we take medicine. If there is any overall problem, we take medicine. But what about the food? My father was in the army. He used to eat only roti and vegetables. He did not eat anything from outside, yet he got cancer due to constipation and passed away. Then I understood one thing, that all of this is because of chemical-filled food habits. Then from my mother, who is a Vaidya, and in Haryana, I understood Ayurveda — that only by balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha through food habits can diseases be reversed. Then I found the solution to this through roots and food habits. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are basically the forces that run the body. If they are balanced, there is health; if disturbed, there is disease. It means everyone has a different body constitution. For example, if there is pain in the body, then it is a Vata constitution. If there is gas and constipation in the stomach, then it is a Pitta constitution. And if there is frequent cold and cough, then it is a Kapha constitution. Heart disease is a Kapha-generated disease. So whatever heart products are made, they are made keeping Kapha in mind. In this, a Kapha constitution person will get complete improvement, but a Vata-Pitta person will not. This means I need a medicine that is for Vata and fixes heart problems, or one that is for Pitta and fixes heart problems, but products cannot be made separately for different constitutions. Naamvya Foods makes products keeping all three constitutions in mind, so that's why Naamvya is born. My name is Swaroop Joshi and my co-founder is Naresh Joshi. We are the founders of Naamvya Foods. And I am from Balesar, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We make tea blends without preservatives, sourced directly from farmers, and prepared with low RPM in premium quality, and all these formulations are my mother’s, who has been in this work since 1984. Our vision is to eliminate dependency on medicine by balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha through Satvik food.
